My name is Amar Kumar. I am the Founder of INTechGenius and a Training and Development Partner at Simplifying Skills.
I started my journey in Mechanical Engineering and found my purpose in STEM education. Over the past three years, I have delivered hands-on learning programs to more than 9,290 students and educators across 12 schools and universities in three states. Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir.
My programs cover AI and Robotics, Agentic AI, Data Analysis, IoT, 3D Printing, Coding, Financial Literacy, and Faculty Development. I follow a simple philosophy: 70% of learning happens when students build something. The remaining 30% is instruction. Every program I design is built on this principle.
INTechGenius is my vision for what STEM education in India can look like when it is affordable, hands-on, and genuinely impactful. I am building it to serve schools, colleges, and students who deserve world-class learning experiences regardless of their geography.

Managed and delivered 20 consecutive batches at Aryan International School, New Delhi. in a single day.
Agentic AI FDP
Delivered a 5-hour Faculty Development Program on Agentic AI to 50+ professors at ITM University, Gwalior.
IEEE YESIST12 Judge
Served as judge for the IEEE YESIST12 international event on AI for Sustainable Development at ITM University.
500+ at AI Exhibition
Curated a 6-hour AI and Robotics Exhibition engaging 500+ parents and students at Aryan International School, Delhi.
Live AI Agent Build
Built and deployed a Recruitment Screening AI Agent live in front of 120 MBA students at ITM University.
25-Hour Data Analysis Series
Delivered a project-based 25-hour data analysis program across 6 disciplines at Vikrant University, Gwalior.
